Jasmins Studio was renovated in 2024, proof that my goal is 100% guest satisfaction.
The layout evokes the natural charms of the Côte-d'Azur: terracotta and sea-green walls, wood everywhere.
The 20 m2 living space is well equipped with: reversible air conditioning, free very high-speed WIFI, wardrobe, fridge-freezer, 3-seater sofa convertible into a 2-person bed, kitchenette, television and breakfast equipment, bathroom with shower, toilet, water heater, washbasin, towel dryer, Bluetooth mirror.
Many decorative objects will catch your eye.
Air quality is monitored: an aerator is automatically activated in the bathroom to regulate the humidity level, waterproof shade sails cover the small garden to block the harmfulness of UV rays and allow you to enjoy this exclusive space for longer.
The room can accommodate an extra bed for free: umbrella bed or self-inflating mattress.
A tent for 2 people can be set up as an option in the small garden.
A pet is allowed as an option.
A free parking space is reserved for you in the secure park of the residence.
