Nothing short of amazing!

Maurice, the host and owner is kind, generous and extremely attentive. There is nothing that he has not thought of to make your stay most comfortable. With a passion for the Alpes-Maritimes, his enthusiasm is contagious and he provides a wealth of information from practicality to history, all with a smile and endless thoughtfulness.

We had a great time in Jasmins Studio!

Maurice is an exceptional person, 100% available.

He welcomed us like no one had ever done!! and that surprised us ... The apartment is small but equipped with everything !!!

It was proposed to our 16 year old daughter to sleep in a tent, in the garden under the stars, so that we had more space in the house ... and it was a great idea !!

In addition, Maurice gives you a lot of information on what to visit...

We strongly recommend Jasmins Studio if you don't want to spend a fortune to be accommodated in the Côte d'Azur and still feel comfortable!

Maurice is a great person and always available.

We lacked nothing: fridge with soft drinks to welcome us, chocolates, coffee pods.

We were invited on a boat trip and a perfume was given to my wife when we left.

We appreciated the studio because it is very functional.

We feel like at home. Maurice knew how to make our vacation a wonderful stay.

He is a very caring person, he really listens.

We were in family: 2 adults, 1 child of 10 months and a girl of 10 years.

A very comfortable self-inflating mattress is available for the little one.

Studio in a residence with parking.

Clean, quiet, well located...we recommend it.

All is well.

Although small, the apartment is cozy, it has everything and more.

Welcoming owner: unlimited free coffee and a nice reception by the owner.

The location is convenient: very close to Antibes, there is a supermarket nearby and a bakery opposite. Reserved parking in the residential park.

The terrace was very popular for having breakfast.

An excellent stay.

This is the second year that we have booked in this functional and comfortable apartment, with good bedding and private parking.

Everything is planned by our charming host, who does everything to make your stay as smooth as possible.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area, with shops nearby. It is a few kilometers from the sandy beach of Juan-les-Pins.

The apartment has everything you need, Maurice took care of every detail.

The apartment has a washing machine, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, an oven, a fridge ... and also cleaning products and basic for the kitchen.

The neighborhood and the neighbors are very quiet, you hardly hear anything.

We have private parking and we are close to places of interest such as Cannes, Antibes or Nice.

Beautiful, magical.

A very caring, attentive host, so calm and charming.

I had come to work as an advertiser during the Cannes Film Festival.

Jasmins Studio is a perfectly comfortable apartment, with a magnificent garden of aromatic plants.

I hope to come back every year and will stay here again, it's a short taxi or bus ride to Cannes.

When you settle into this cozy little apartment, the spirit of the owner will touch you deeply!

He is in everything, in every little thing!

Wine, juice and water are waiting in the fridge.

In the vase: fresh and really tasty fruits and sweets.

Three types of coffee makers for different tastes.

Kettle, iron, hair dryer, toaster, vacuum cleaner, many kitchen gadgets, dozens of little things necessary for life!

Parking, small terrace.

For 10 days we didn't even think of going to the sea!

Very quiet accommodation, close to all shops and a gas station.

A good oven to cook delicious fries, a large refrigerator to store a supply of products.

We and our dog were thrilled!

I spent in Jasmins Studio the most amazing time possible!

Traveling solo, I generally have to be very careful with my budget and rather be wary of where I stay.

There, Maurice and his superb studio exceeded all my expectations!

Not only does the apartment have everything I could possibly need (including a washing machine), it's also a lovely space in a great location, close to the supermarket and train station! Maurice was a fantastic host, an amazing tour guide...and just plain super kind.

It was a pleasure to meet him and to stay in Jasmins Studio.

Maurice was a wonderful host, he was there to welcome us when we arrived, he was there to tell us goodbye at the time of our departure, and he was kind enough to put us by car at the station early in the morning.
